Struggling on......

Posts from Boom or Bust have been few and far between of late due to an increased demand on my time in other areas, but thanks to a bad back and qualifying in China affecting our prices, a later than midnight post is in order.

My current suffering of bad luck is working it's way through all areas of my life at the moment but my motto has always been, you'll never score unless you keep shooting (insert obvious Torres pun at leisure.)

With the snooker World Championships starting up in the morning, a quick reminder of our ante post picks from the previous couple of posts,

WORLD SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIPS O/R MARK SELBY
WORLD SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIPS O/R DING JUNHUI

In addition to these two, I have invested another, smaller each way bet,

WORLD SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIPS O/R SHAUN MURPHY

I would be utterly flabbergasted if we did not get a run deep into week 2 from at least one of these guys.

As for the weekend accumulators, our main hopes are carried by,

F1 CHINESE G.P LEWIS HAMILTON
W.S.C 1ST RND NEIL ROBERTSON
W.S.C 1ST RND MARK WILLIAMS
F.A CUP SEMI FINAL BOLTON WANDERERS 90mins
F.A CUP SEMI FINAL MAN UTD 90mins

With a good performance from Hamilton in this mornings qualifying session, live on BBC1 from 6a.m, we could be sitting on some good value, when the bet was placed we got 4/1 about the McLarwn driver claiming victory on Sunday morning, an early start (10:30a.m) is also on the cards for Neil Robertson taking on recent China Open winner, Judd Trump.

Saturday Soccer:

Premier League BLACKPOOL v Wigan Athletic
Championship PRESTON N.E v Sheff Utd
League Two SHREWSBURY TOWN v Stockport County

Fingers crossed for this lot, laters.

Tuesday Chances

Had a small football acc tonight:

Real Madrid
Inter Milan over 2.5 goals
Burton Albion
Southampton
Bournemouth

Couple of odds against in there and I think the evens I saw about 3 or more at the San Siro tonight looks value.

I've also had a little interest at 2-0 in the Real/Spurs game, can't see Spurs getting much joy tonight.
I'm also quite tempted to back Chelsea outright for the Champions League before the quarters kick off.

Little reminder of the few ante post picks we put up on our last post,

U.S Masters golf
Matt Kuchar

World Snooker Championship
Ding Junhui
Mark Selby

I've mixed these up in trebles with a couple of Grand National runners, Niche Market and What A Friend.

Finally got word from round the campfire about Vamizi running in the 3m6f race at Exeter this afternoon, stick that in another acc with tonights footy!

Good Luck.
